My way of handling things

Our trainings are made-to-measure for your company and needs. This requires clear communication beforehand. I will have a lot of questions and believe that you and your team will have all the answers needed to make our time together a success.  We will agree on the number of training days, the likely outcome and the main content. Based on our agreement I will develop a motivating and active training and decide which methods will serve the purpose. During the development we will work together closely to ensure we cover all the required topics. If wanted we will agree on a follow-up day a few weeks later to ensure sustainability of the training results.

I find it very important that the learnings are applicable to the job context since this will guarantee long lasting change and improvement of work flow and results.
